NIPSA represents thousands of members working across Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland, including administrative and clerical staff, nurses, social workers, social care staff and a wide range of professional, technical and support roles. Our members are essential to delivering the services our communities rely on, and we fight to ensure their work is recognised, respected and properly rewarded.

We stand together to defend jobs, fight for fair pay, protect terms and conditions, demand safe staffing and challenge cuts to our health and social care services.
