Public, Community & Voluntary Services

NIPSA represents members across a wide range of public, community and voluntary organisations throughout Northern Ireland, including Libraries NI and organisations delivering important services within our communities. Our members work across administrative, professional, technical, operational and frontline roles, and we fight to ensure their contribution is recognised, respected and properly rewarded. 

We stand together to defend jobs and services, fight for fair pay, protect terms and conditions and challenge cuts and increasing pressures on the organisations and services our communities rely on. Through strong workplace organisation, negotiation, campaigning and collective action, NIPSA ensures our members have a powerful voice at work and in the decisions that affect their livelihoods and the services they deliver.
