Our members play a vital role in delivering housing services to communities across Northern Ireland, and we fight to ensure their work is recognised, respected and properly rewarded. 

We stand together to defend jobs and services, fight for fair pay, protect terms and conditions and challenge cuts and increasing pressures on housing services. Through strong workplace organisation, negotiation, campaigning and collective action, NIPSA ensures NIHE workers have a powerful voice at work and in the decisions that affect their livelihoods and the services they deliver.
