The 2023 NIPSA Annual Delegate Conference will be held from Wednesday 31 May to Friday 2 June.
This year’s Conference will take place in a hybrid format (in person and online) from Killyhevlin Hotel, Enniskillen. Delegates must indicate on the delegate form whether they would prefer to attend in person, or remotely.
Please note that crèche/childminding facilities will not be available for delegates at this year’s Conference.
Nominations and Motions
The last date for the submission of motions for Annual Conferences is Thursday 23 March. All Branches should now arrange to hold a Branch General Meeting to decide on nominations, motions and delegates and ensure these are submitted by the deadlines set out below. Online forms have been created for branches to submit all paperwork in connection with the Conference. Click the button below for all online forms. I would encourage you to organise meetings and to submit your forms online as soon as possible. This will be our first hybrid conference and to enable us to make the appropriate booking, it is important that we get an early indication of the number of delegates who will be attending in person.
Forms must be returned in time to reach NIPSA by the following dates:
Motions Form, ADC1: 2.00 p.m. on Thursday 23 March
Nominations Form, ADC2: 2.00 p.m. on Thursday 23 March
Delegates Return Form, ADC3: 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 6 April
The constitution requires that nominations for the offices of NIPSA President, Vice President and Honorary Treasurer for 2023/24 must be made from those elected to the General Council.

Conference Delegates
Special leave with pay for attendance at Conference is available for most members and the special leave form is available here to download, see below. Where special leave with pay is not available, NIPSA will compensate delegates for loss of pay.
