The 2022 NIPSA General Conference will be held from Monday 30 May 2022 to Wednesday 1 June 2022.
Nominations and Motions
To comply with the requirements of the NIPSA constitution the latest date for the submission of motions for Annual Conferences is Friday 25 March. All Branches should now arrange to hold a Branch General Meeting to decide on nominations and motions and ensure these are submitted by the deadlines set out below. Online forms have been created for branches to submit electronically all paperwork in connection with the Conference. The link to the forms on the website is below. Digital signatures will be accepted on all the forms. It is not necessary to submit hard copies as well as electronic copies.

Nomination Forms: 2.00 pm on Friday 25 March 2022

Delegate Forms: 5.00 pm on Friday 29 April 2022
The constitution requires that nominations for the offices of NIPSA President, Vice President and Honorary Treasurer for 2022/23 must be made from those elected to the General Council.

Conference Delegates
Special leave with pay for attendance at Conference is available for most members and special leave application forms will be issued later to all members attending Conference. Where special leave with pay is not available, NIPSA will compensate delegates for loss of pay.
