NJC Pay Update

NIPSA has been advised that Libraries NI has now received approval to implement the 3.3% NJC pay award for their employees.

The salary increase will be included in members' November 2026 pay, with the remaining back pay due to be paid in December 2026 salaries.

NIPSA welcomes this progress and will continue to keep members informed of any further developments.
