The joint trade unions have accepted the National Joint Council pay offer. The NJC covers workers in Education Authority, Library Service, NIHE, Local Government and Further Education Colleges.
NIPSA along with the other NJC unions in Northern Ireland, Unison, SIPTU, GMB and Unite, do not believe that this settlement addresses issues impacting our members. We have initiated a discussion around a joint campaign up to and including strike action to achieve real improvements in living standards.
