You will be aware that the teaching staff have entered into a period of industrial action by taking action short of strike action in relation to teacher’s pay.
NIPSA members are encouraged to support this action and should only undertake work in accordance with their normal duties and job descriptions. Support can be shown by not undertaking any additional responsibilities that may arise directly from the action short of strike action.
