Register to Attend
Branch Secretaries are required to complete the registration form for all delegates in their branch who wish to attend the conference. The maximum number of delegates each branch can nominate can be found via the latest NIPSA Annual Report (page 104-108).
Reigster your branch delegates before 2pm on 28 October 2026.

Submit a Motion

Special Leave Form
To request special leave to attend conference please download and submit a Special Leave Form to your HR Department or your line manager. Do not return the form to NIPSA HQ.
