This is a final reminder regarding the NIPSA Health and Safety Conference taking place.
The Conference is for branch health and safety reps to attend.
Completed forms must be returned by no later than 2pm this Friday, 17 October.
The fifteenth annual NIPSA Health and Safety Conference will take place on Tuesday 28 October 2025 in the Clayton Hotel, Belfast from 9.30am to 4.00pm. This will be the first in-person Health and Safety Conference held since 2019.
Conference Programme
The Conference is being held just following European Week for Safety and Health at Work. The theme of the Conference is “Health and Safety issues affecting women in the workplace”. A copy of the outline programme is available to download click here. (subject to change).
Conference Delegates
The Conference is open to NIPSA appointed health and safety representatives only.
Nomination of delegate(s) to attend the Conference should be made on Form 1a (click here to download a pdf form to your computer or device) and returned to NIPSA via email by 2.00pm on Friday 17 October 2025. More than one delegate from each branch can attend.

Health and Safety Committee Nominations and Election
An election for the Health and Safety Committee will take place at the Conference.

Branches are entitled to nominate one health and safety representative from their own branch only for election. Nominations must be made on Form 1b (click here to download a pdf form to your computer or device) and returned to NIPSA via email by 2.00pm on Friday 17 October 2025.
