Central Trade Union Side (CTUS) have been consulting with Management Side on a project called Integr8 that is led by the Department of Finance. Their aim is to transform future finance and HR service delivery within the NICS. The program is responsible for designing and delivering a new end to end finance and HR system and service with implementation planned for 2024-2025.
CTUS have raised many questions with Management Side, in order that we are protecting member’s interests. We have also made our position very clear, that all services must remain in-house and those that have been outsourced should be brought back in-house and fully staffed.
Moving forward we will ensure that there is consultation with Departmental Trade Union Sides and Seconded Officers, whom I wrote to recently on this matter. I will also provide further updates to keep you informed.
