It’s a time to focus on men’s health — mental wellbeing, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Movember helps men take action, start conversations, and make small changes that save lives.
Here’s what we all need to know
Why Men’s Health Matters:
- Men die on average 4.9 years earlier than women. The reasons are largely preventable.
- Men are less likely to ask for help or see a GP when they notice symptoms.
- Movember focuses on mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.
- Please see below and attached in terms of a range of resources and let’s all help start the conversation.
