As part of the 20-month pay award, you will be aware that the 3% increase for 2024 was successfully implemented in May. I am now happy to inform Branches that Trade Union Side has been advised the 6% pay award due from 1 August 2025 is expected to be included in September salaries.
Increase to On-Call and Standby Allowances, Some Fixed Rate Allowances and Overtime Caps
I am also pleased to confirm that the increases to the above allowances – linked to the 2025 element of the pay award – will take effect from 1 August 2025. The updated rates are provided in Annexes A, B and C, see link below. I trust Branches will welcome these enhanced rates.
