Submission of Nominations and Motions Deadline: 2pm Thursday 7 September
The 2023 Civil Service Group Conference will be held on Wednesday 8 November. It will take place in The Malone Hotel. I am pleased to announce this as the first entirely in-person conference since before the pandemic. Please note, there will be no facility to join online.
As required by the NIPSA Constitution, Branch General Meetings must be convened to deal with Group Conference business.
Nominations and Motions
To comply with the requirements of the Civil Service Group Constitution the latest date for the submission of motions for the Group Conference is 2pm on Thursday 7 September. Therefore, all Branches should make the necessary arrangements to hold a branch general meeting to decide on nominations and motions and ensure these are submitted by the deadlines set out below.
Nomination and Motion Forms: 2pm Thursday 7 September
Delegate Forms: 2pm Thursday 19 October

Digital signatures will be accepted on all the forms.
Please note: acknowledgements will be issued by email to the person submitting the forms.
Special Leave
Special leave with pay for attendance at Conference is available for most members and special leave application forms can be made available where required to members attending Conference. Where special leave with pay is not available, NIPSA will compensate delegates for loss of pay.
