Members will be aware that there has been ongoing mediation in the PSNI Holiday Pay Case and that negotiations in other areas have been suspended pending the outcome on the advice of NIPSAs solicitors, MTB.

However, it has also been decided that the case will be re-listed for hearing in the Supreme Court with the hearing scheduled for December 2022.

NIPSA has continued to work on other administrative matters to ensure matters are expedited as soon as possible when an outcome is forthcoming either from the Supreme Court or the mediation.

Should there be any progress before the Supreme Court hearing members will be updated.
