The General Council recognises the difficult times we are all working in have agreed we should use the range of services, currently available, to communicate more effectively with members. NIPSA currently have a text message service. This service is limited to 160 characters but can be useful in contacting members to alert them to developments and refer to further more detailed services or circulars.
Currently NIPSA’s membership database holds approximately 25,000 mobile phone numbers. This leaves a gap of approximately 16,000 members for whom we do not have mobile numbers.
