NIPSA has been informed by the Office of Industrial Tribunals and Fair Employment Tribunal (OITFET), on the decision of case 1489/15IT, Linda Convery v NHSCT, the lead sleep-ins case.

The case has been dismissed (which is extremely disappointing). NIPSA and its solicitors (MTB) are considering the judgement. A further update will be provided in due course.
