A reminder to Branches that a ballot for industrial action across all NI Civil Service Departments and Arms’ Length Bodies commenced on 9 February 2023 and will close on 2 March 2023. Branches are asked to do their best to encourage every member to exercise their right to vote in this important industrial action ballot.

The deadline to request a ballot paper to be issued by the Independent Scrutineer is 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 23 February 2023.

Please note that the closing date and time for receipt of completed ballot papers is 2.00 p.m. on Thursday 2 March 2023. Members will therefore need to ensure that their ballot papers are returned in the pre-paid reply envelope provided to be received by the Independent Scrutineer before the above date and time.
