NIPSA has received notification that the NJC Joint Secretaries have agreed the pay award for 2022/23. It also includes additional elements relating to annual leave/statutory allowances which will be subject to discussions on implementation with the Education Authority.

The pay award for 2022/23 is £1925 (pro-rata for part-time employees) and equates to an increase of £1.025 per hour.  We are liaising directly with the Education Authority to ensure that the new rates of pay are implemented as soon as possible and to agree a timetable for pay arrears.
