Dear Member
Letter Received from NI Water Option B

As long as you have registered your objection (letter sent to members which you can still do using the letter NIPSA sent to members) then NIPSA has been advised your terms and conditions cannot be varied without express consent.
The advices received by NIPSA are clear that in-order to protect your contractual terms of employment which cannot be varied without your express consent. You are therefore, advised in the strongest possible terms, to send the letter sent to you which is also on the NIPSA Website.
NIPSA will be in touch with members at a later date regarding this issue.
