Further to my Branch Secretary Circular posted yesterday I am setting out more detail of the agreement.
In addition to the 2.75% increase on all pay points there is also an increase in annual leave effective from 1 April 2020.  The leave will increase from 21 to 22 days for employees with less than 5 years’ service.
The pay agreement and circular are linked below for your information.  NIPSA will continue to press all NJC employers to have this agreement implemented at the earliest possible date.
