I wrote to you recently about Trade Union Side concerns on management plans to introduce a new process as part of Labour Market Call Activation Process. Trade Union Side met with Universal Credit management last week and have now agreed changes to the process that includes the removal of the data collection sheets and also the removal of the reference to the evening appointments.

As the Call Activation Template now reflects what would normally be asked when claimants made a new claim to UC, TUS have been content to agree that this process with the changes now implemented.
