Webform CS3 should be completed by the Branch Secretary confirming the delegate(s) has (have) been elected at a properly constituted Branch meeting.
Unless this form is submitted then the delegates will not be accepted by the General Secretary and delegates will not be eligible to attend Conference. Click here to check the number of Delegates your Branch can send to Conference.
Disabilities and or Special Requirements
Branch Secretaries, if any of your delegates are attending the Civil Service Group Conference and have a disability or any other special requirements, please instruct the delegate to contact the Conference Coordinator, Brian Nugent on: 028 9544 2765 or email: brian.nugent@nipsa.org.uk
All requests will be held in strict confidence.
Only ordinary fully paid up members are eligible to attend Conference as delegates and they must be paying members on the dates during which Conference is held. Members on career breaks or associate members are not entitled to attend Conference.
