Please find below a communication we have received from HSENI regarding the very high volume of complaints.

HSENI is dealing with a very high volume of complaints at this time. Where possible complaints regarding workplaces can be made online at Email and phone reporting is currently still available but causing logistic issues and should only be used where the online reporting is not possible.

When leaving details could we ask that, where possible, you leave contact details (email and mobile number where possible) to allow our inspectors to contact you for additional information if required.

Also where possible can you confirm if the management at the premises have been made aware of the issues being raised. This information can be recorded on the complaints form.
